Product Liked: Global Fusion Rub Korean BBQ
Why? The Spice Hunter offers a selection of over 175 spices, herbs, salt-free blends, extracts, grinders, premium sea salts, grilling spices, and freeze-dried herbs. The Korean BBQ global fusion rub was very flavorful on the beef (see image above and below).

Product Liked: Original Harmless Harvest Coconut Water
Why? Tastes good as always! Ever since I found out about them years ago, I've been addicted. IMO, their coconut water almost tastes better than a fresh coconut. It has just the right amount of sweetness and coconut-ness.
I also tried their NEW line of probiotics but I don't like it as much as their original coconut water. It tastes like a light yogurt which isn't bad but I like their coconut water so much more.
Product Liked: Uncured Bacon Bar, Bison Bacon Bar and Texas BBQ Pork Rinds
Why? I'm a huge fan of their uncured bacon bar but the bison bar is up there as well. Honestly, I'm addicted to their line of bars, bites and whatever they have. Their products are seriously addicting and healthy too so I never feel guilty. If you haven't had it, you must try it. P.S. I finally tried their pork rinds and loved it! The Texas BBQ pork rinds is nicely seasoned with BBQ... So AMAZING.
Product Liked: Revive Kombucha Spring Fling (Cucumber, Mint, Lemon, White Tea Brew)
Why? Kombucha is not only healthy to the body but this one is pleasing to the pallet. There is no typical vinegar-like taste commonly associated with kombucha. I tried the spring fling and loved it! Tasted like mint mojito.
Product Liked: Matcha Love Matcha Macadamia Nuts and Culinary Matcha
Why? Besides the matcha macadamia nuts tasting beyond perfect, I also enjoyed a hot cup of matcha tea! I can easily drink a cup with no sugar and with or without milk.

Product Liked: Mighty Bar Uncured Bacon & Apple and Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
Why? Really really flavorful with a nice chew (not too tough)! On top of that, the jerky is grassfed organic beef with no antiobiotics, no pesticides and no hormones. Check check check! Try it and you'll know what I mean.

Why? I kind of have a thing for fish especially smoked salmon. This one was nice and flaky with just the right amount of moisture and flavor! Definitely mouth-watering... :)
Product Liked: 100% Pure Raw & Unfiltered Honey
Why? I'm already a huge fan of Nature Nate's and use it daily. Love the floral and honey taste! As Nature Nate's says, they don't make honey. Bees make honey. Their job is just to get it to the consumer just as nature intended. So they do as little to it as possible, and then bottle it up. That's it. And it shows. I love it!

Why? I can have this over and over and over again. Its rich buttery texture and medium sweet smoke flavor melted in my mouth...
Product Liked: Chuka Iidako (Seasoned Baby Octopus)
Why? At this show, Azuma Foods offered a variety of specialty Japanese-style seafood products. At Costco, I've bought their seaweed salad and calamari salad but this is the first time I've seen seasoned baby octopus. And boy was it perfect! We need the baby octopus at our local Costco.
Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream & Desserts
Product Liked: Red Velvet Mochi Ice Cream
Why? Bubbies is well-known all over Hawaii and considered one of the best mochi ice creams. During the show, I tried all their flavors but enjoyed the red velvet the most. It was the perfect sweetness (not too sweet)! It tasted a bit like cookie dough as well.

Product Liked: Crispy Seaweed Snack
Why? I've been a huge fan of this snack for so long. I haven't found a brand that makes it even remotely similar to this snack. It's super crispy while tasting the best. I can eat this EVERY single day. :)
Product Liked: Yusyutsuyo Shin-Uchi Inaniwafu Udon
Why? These udon noodles are chewy yet soft in texture. It's similar to the sanuki style but thinner. Absolutely loved this! Texture and flavor was beyond AMAZING. It soaked up the broth very well.

Product Liked: Kagoshima Wagyu (Japanese Wagyu Beef)
Why? Who doesn't like wagyu beef? Kagoshima is the greatest wagyu production region in Japan. This Kagoshima wagyu beef is heavily marbled and tender. It just seems to melt in your mouth, spreading rich and mellow flavor. Pure happiness right there!

Product Liked: Extra Dry `NAMA-CHOZO` Style Sake
Why? Not all sake is amazing but this one had a very thick flavor and little aftertaste. Because of its dryness, this sake can be paired with strong flavored dishes, such as fried fish or meat, and dishes with thick spicy sauce.

Product Liked: Sauteed Vegetables with Japanese Yuzu kosho Sauce
Why? Three kinds vegetables sauteed with Japanese yuzu kosho sauce. And since I love traditional Japanese side dishes, I knew I'd like this. My favorite was the burdock root! I usually prepare this at home myself but can't wait to see this in the stores.

Why? Ito-Noen juice gets its delicious flavor from being squeezed only from the pulp of fresh fruit. All mandarins are grown in Wakayama and tastes fresh!

Product Liked: Sapporo-style Ramen and Noren-ten Ramen
Why? The right amount of bounce, chewiness and flavor.
Noren-ten ramen: Wavy noodles infused with robust flavor and taste. Its taste and texture are well balanced.
Sapporo-style ramen. This noodle goes well with a variety of soup types, from clear broth to thick chicken broth.
Sapporo, with a population of two million, is the capital city of Hokkaido Island in the north of Japan. Since Hokkaido is famous, not only in Japan but also in many of the Asian countries, for its natural beauty and finest food resources from land and sea, Sapporo has grown as the culinary capital of Hokkaido.
