After sweetening up Off The Grid’s Presidio Picnic this summer, Powder was such the crowd pleaser. Founders David Chung and Mimi Hanley are set to open their permanent brick-and-mortar on Divisadero this Friday, September 23.
Powder is best compared to fresh fallen snow or fluffy ribbons of creamy goodness – a meeting of ice cream and shaved ice. Using traditional Taiwanese techniques, Powder serves up this creamy yet delicate dessert with a healthy and cool California spin. Made with filtered water, organic dairy by Straus Family Creamery, and high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, Powder is a guilt-free treat!
