Powder: Taiwanese-style Shaved Snow Ice Opening on Divisadero in San Francisco

Powder: Taiwanese-style Shaved Snow Ice Opening on Divisadero in San Francisco

After sweetening up Off The Grid’s Presidio Picnic this summer, Powder was such the crowd pleaser. Founders David Chung and Mimi Hanley are set to open their permanent brick-and-mortar on Divisadero this Friday, September 23.

Powder is best compared to fresh fallen snow or fluffy ribbons of creamy goodness – a meeting of ice cream and shaved ice.  Using traditional Taiwanese techniques, Powder serves up this creamy yet delicate dessert with a healthy and cool California spin. Made with filtered water, organic dairy by Straus Family Creamery, and high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, Powder is a guilt-free treat!

Flavors:
Black Sesame
Strawberry
Horchata
Vietnamese Coffee
