Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
- 1/4 cup Kerrygold butter
- 5-10 cloves garlic, chopped (depending on how much garlic you like)
- 1 pound large tiger shrimp, shell-on, tail-on, deveined
- Salt, to taste
- A dash of SLO Down Wines Broken Dreams white wine
- Pappardelle’s whole wheat lemon chive spaghetti, cooked al dente
- Slice of lemon juice
In a preheated pan, add butter and chopped garlic.
Saute the garlic for a minute then add the shrimp. Add salt and white wine. Stir shrimp until cooked.
Toss in cooked whole wheat lemon chive spaghetti with the garlic butter shrimp. Serve hot with a slice of lemon.
