One of the most unique features about Shore Bird Restaurant & Beach Bar is the world-famous grill where diners cook their own steak, chicken, or fish entrees.
Here’s how it works…
Steaks and seafood come to the table fresh on a platter. Guests are directed to the grill where they are provided with a variety of seasonings to completely customize the flavor of their entrees. Cooking times are clearly displayed at the grill along with a large clock to ensure perfection
All of entrees include an expansive salad bar, which showcases more than 25 items, including fresh greens, garnishes, fruits, lomi lomi salmon, rice, bread, pasta and other local favorites. This is a meal in and of itself.
Start your day with the Shore Bird’s breakfast buffet from 7 AM to 11AM. The line up includes carved honey-glazed ham, roast turkey, hash browns and fried rice. All of the pastries are house-made fresh daily here in their private bakery. From Cinnamon Buns to Danishes and Ciabatta bread.
Lunch buffet features items like their Hawaiian-style beef stew, home style chili, pasta, soup of the day, four-bean salad, fresh fruits, plus daily special entrees. The lunch buffet is served daily from 12 noon to 3 PM. Lunch also features off-the-menu items from their Lanai Menu and is served from 11 AM until 4 PM.
Their famous Beach Bar serves your favorite drinks, tropical specials, and the coldest beer in Waikiki.
